Learning to Sit!

Here are a few pics of our little one learning to sit up on her own. A tricky task! She can make it for about 5 (sometimes 10) seconds before tipping over. These pics show her "practicing" with a pillow:) She has also rolled over onto her tummy two times unassisted!

Did somebody see a tiger?

Vanessa has been learning to "jump" like tigger in her new jumper! Here are a few pics of her learning that when she bounces the tigger makes a "boing" sound:) Check her out!

Good Times!

Summer was a blast! Vanessa has been growing quickly and learning a lot of new things. She is about 27" long now, and weighs just shy of 17 lbs. I just started her on rice cereal and it's a complete hit. Who knew rice could be so fun?!? She loves it so much she opens her mouth wide when the little spoon gets near her face...but the cereal still magically ends up EVERYWHERE! LOL Here are a few pictures of our little girl from the past few weeks. Take care!

Jump Around!

First Haircut

Vanessa had her first haircut today. She will be 3 months old in just a few days and needed a trim already. She was SO good at the hairdresser...what a doll!

Vanessa's First Swim

She did it! I knew she loved the water (based on bath time) but not this much! I took Vanessa for a swim today at Carolyn's and she loved it! Her aunt Natalie was a great coach - THANKS! She really loved the feeling of the water and was happy the whole time. She was very interested in 'seeing' the water move too. So cute!

Look Out Vogue!

Vanessa has been an excellent model these days - her aunt Natalie and I have dressed her up and taken some fun and cute pics! She is about 2 1/2 months old in these pictures and cute as ever! She is now approximately 14 lbs and just over 24 inches long! Enjoy the pics!
